Thotakura talimpu/Amaranth leaves fry

Thotakura Talimpu/Vepudu or Amaranth leaves fry
    Today let's prepare something delicious and healthy.I selected thotakura/amaranth leaves.It helps in enhancing digestion and reduces cholesterol levels in body.It'svery good for people suffering from diabetes.
INGREDIENTS
Thotakura-2

Garlic-4
Onions-1 small
Red chilli powder-2
Green chilli-2
Oil
Mustard seeds
Jeera
Moong dal
Coriander powder
STEPS
1.Add some oil to the pan.
2.Add mustard,jeera,onion,garlic,chillies,moong dal,thotakura,salt
3.Let it boil ,leave it for 5 min
4.Mix it well and add coariander powder and red chilli powder .
5.Finally healthy thotakura fry is ready to serve.
