CHICKEN GREEN MASALA

Hi friends,I am back after a long time.I was busy with some work because of which I was unable to post any updates.Now on we will continue with our cooking tutorials.
Today I will help you learn a Chicken item.That is CHICKEN GREEN MASALA.It's a semi gravy dish with a good flavor of mint and coriander leaves.Going into ingredients
INGREDIENTS
Chicken-1/2 kg
Salt
Onion-1 big sized
Green chillies-6
Jeera-1/2 tea spoon
Black pepper powder-1/2
Cinnamon-2 pieces
Cloves-8 to 9
Coriander leaves
Coriander powder-1 tea spoon
Mint Leaves
Turmeric Powder-1 pinch
PROCEDURE
1.Grind chopped onion,green chillies,Jeera,cinnamon,cloves,coriander powder, black pepper powder well
2.In a pressure cooker,put some oil and fry the paste for 2 minutes.
3.Add chicken pieces,salt,turmeric powder,mint leaves and fry well
4.After frying for 5 minutes, add 1 to 1 1/2 glass of water
5.Close the cooker with lid and boil until you get 3 whistles
6.After the pressure get released,open the lid and fry again for 2-3 minutes.
7.Take the dish into a bowl and serve with white rice.
Tasty spicy mint flavored CHICKEN GREEN MASALA is ready to serve.
