Pongal with Coconut chutney

Today I shall teach you how to make a breakfast.It's PONGAL CHUTNTEY.But this chutney
is famous chutney from Karnataka.It's Karnataka special Coconut chutney.Let us see the
ingredients seperately.
PONGAL
1.Rice-1 cup
Moong dal-1/2 cup
Jeera-1/2 tea spoon
blakc pepper--1/2 tea spoon
Curry leaves
Asafoetida-pinch
salt
Cashew
ginger
ghee
Salt
Turmeric(optional)
Green chilli(optional)
Process
1.Lightly fry moongdal without oil
2.Clean moongdal and rice with water.
3.Put moongdal and rice ,add 5 cups of water for 1 cup of rice in cooker
4.Add salt and a pinch of turmeric to it.Wait untill we get 2-3 whistles
5.In a pan add some ghee and fry jeera,black pepper,curry leaves,ginger(little),green chilli(1).
6.Add this to the pongal and mix well.
    This pongal will not be spicy because we have not added chilli.Pongal is best had with Coconut chutney.
So let's it's procedure.
Coconut pieces-1 cup
Ground nuts-1/2 cup
roasted chana dal(putnala pappu)-1/4 cup
GREen chilli-4
oil

tamarind
mustard
curry leaves
corianderleaves
Steps
1.Take a pan and fry ground nuts  and chillies lightly

2.In mixer, add coconut pieces,ground nuts,roasted chana dal,chillies, tamarind, salt and grind well
3.Add coriander and blend it in mixer
4.In apan take some oil and fry curry leaves,mustard and add it to mixture
  Now tasty pongal with coconut chutney is ready to serve hot
