CHARCOAL CHICKEN

On the day of boghi everyone of us prepare non vegeterian food at home.So today let us prepare a chicken item,CHARCOAL CHICKEN.YUP!IT'S CHARCOAL.
Let me first tell you the ingredients,it' so simple
Chicken leg/wing piece-1/2 kg
Yogurt-1 1/2 cup
Sugar-pinch
Salt
Butter-50gm
Badige chilli(Badige is name of a place in karnataka.If badige chilli is not available you can use dry chilli)
Garlic-5 pieces
Tomato sauce-1 teaspoon
Cream-1 1/2 spoon
Ghee-3 spoons
Colour
Coal
PREPARATION STEPS
1.Take chicken pieces in a bowl and add yogurt,salt,sugar,butter,badige chilli,garlic,tomato sauce,cream,ghee,colour and mix them well and marinate it for 1 hour.

2.Boil the mixture directly on stove in high flame.Do not add any oil or water because we have already added yogurt and butter
3.Now heat the coal and place it on chicken mixture.Close it with bowl with pours for 3-5 min

4.Remove the coal pieces carefully.

 Yummy,tasty CHARCOAL CHICKEN is now ready to serve.We can have it with rice or directly as a side dish.Hope you like this reciepe.
