BRINJAL CHUTNEY

I wanna help you learn a simple and easy chutney now.This is a perfect dish for bachelors because it takes very less time to prepare and tastes very delicious.
INGREDIENTS
  • Brinjals-4
  • Green chillies-3
  • Tomatoes-2(medium sized)
  • Tamarind-lemon sized
  • Salt
  • Garlic cloves-3
  • Coriander leaves
  • Jeera-1/2
  • onions chopped
PROCEDURE
  1. Wash brinjals and apply oil on them
  2. Make small slits on the top
  3. Keep them directly on gas stove and fry
  4. After the brinjals get fried,remove the peel
  5. Take a pan,add some oil and fry chillies and tomatoes
  6. Grind garlic cloves,salt,jeera,tamarind and powder well
  7. In the same mixer jar,add brinjals,chillies,tomatoes and inch(grind lightly) them
  8. Now add coriander leaves and inch again
  9. Take this chutney into a bowl and add chopped onions to it
      Tasty,easy BRINJAL CHUTNEY is now ready.Served better with white rice and ghee..
