CHICKEN LIVER FRY

Hi friends,I know you all are bored of eating  chicken and vegetables.So today I'll teach you to prepare LIVER FRY.This is a very simple dish and can be prepared within 15 minutes.So,let's start preparing it.It needs very few ingredients to prepare
INGREDIENTS
1.Chicken liver 1/4 kg
2.Salt to taste
3.Chilli powder-1 tea spoon
4.Onion-1 small
5.Gingr garlic paste-1 tea spoon
6.Curry leaves
7.Coriander leaves
8.Pepper-3/4 tea spoon
9.OIl 3 to 4 tea spoons
10.Turmeric powder-1 pinch
11WAter
PROCEDURE
1.In a pan,take 3-4 tea spoons of oil and add chopped onion,ginger garlic paste and curry leaves and fry well
2.Add liver pieces and fry well
3.Now put some salt,a pinch of turmeric powder,chilli powder and mix well
4.Now pour 2 glasses of water and let the mixture boil for sometime
5.After all the water gets dried add pepper powder and coriander leaves, immediately turn off the gas stove.
6.The mixture should not be fried after adding pepper because it turns the liver fry into black colour.
Now the tasty spicy CHICKEN LIVER FRY is ready to serve hot.
