INGREDIENTS

- MUTTON THALA/HEAD PIECES-1/2 KG
- Chopped onion-1 (medium sized)
- Ginger-1 1/2 inch
- Cardamom-1 inch
- Cloves-9 to 10
- Coriander leaves
- Coconut paste(finely grinded raw coconut)-1/2 cup
- Mutton masala powder(OPTIONAL)-1/2 tea spoon
- Coriander Powder-1 tea spoon
- Turmeric powder-1/4 tea spoon
- Chilli powder-1 tea spoon
- Garlic-1
- In a pan lightly fry the onions and keep it aside
- Now take fried onions,garlic,ginger,cardamom,cloves,turmeric powder,chilli powder,Coriander powder in mixer and grind them well
- In a pan take some oil and fry the paste for 5 minutes
- Add 2 to 3 glasses of water to the paste
- Now put the mutton pieces,salt,turmeric powder in cooker and boil it until you get 3 whistles
- Now add the boiled mutton pieces to the above prepared masala
- Filter the coconut paste and add only coconut milk to the masala
- Finally add coriander leaves and mutton masala powder and mix well
- Mutton masala powder is an optional.Curry can be prepared without this also
