INGREDIENTS

Potatoes cut in cube shape-1 cup

Onion-1 cup

Garlic –6 cloves
4.
Ginger-1
½ inch

chili-2

Coriander
powder-1 tsp
7.
Turmeric-1/4 tsp
8.
Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
9.
Chopped Methi /fenugreek leaves-1/2cup
10.
Oil

Salt
PROCESS

Take 2 tsp of oil in a kadai
·
Fry the potatoes cut in the shape of cubes
·
When the aloo gets half cooked add finely
chopped methi
·
In a mixer jar,take onions, Garlic, ginger ,chilii and make a rough paste
·
Put this paste to the pan once the methi and
aloo are fried well
·
Allow the mixture to fry for at least 5 minutes
·
Add coriander powder,turmeric,chilli powder
and fry
·
Do not use water
tastes very good.You know Methi leaves have many health benefits.It reduces blood cholesterol level,aids digestion,reduces risk of heart strokes.
