PANEER MUTTER MASALA
INGREDIENTS
11.  Paneer-200 gm
22.  Green peas-1 cup
33. Onions-2medium
44. Tomato-2
55. Garlic ginger paste-2 tspn
66. Green chilli-7 t0 8
77.  Coriander powder-1 ½ tspn
88.  Turmeric-1/2 tspn
99.  Cashew-6 to7
110.   Oil
111.   Salt
112.   Cream-optional
113.   Jeera -1/2 tspn
114.   Garam masla-1 tspn
PROCESS
·        1. Take a pan ,add 4 tspn of oil and fry onion dice and tomato slices
·         2.Let the onion and tomato cool for some time
·         3 In a mixer jar take fried onions,tomatoes,chillies,ginger garlic paste and blend them well
·         4. Now take the same pan, add some oil and saute jeera till they splutter .To the same pan add the already grinded paste and sauté it well
·         5 .Add 1 ½ glass water to the pan and let it boil for some time
·         6 .Now we can add peas and panner pieces,salt, cashew paste to the mixture and simmer on a low flame
·         7. Now sprinkle garam masala on the mixture

·         8. Finally cream can be added for additional taste
